To ensure that you receive all communications from Dynamic Rewards, please remove us from your list of spam or add us to your white list by following the instructions listed below.

How to remove Dynamic Rewards from your spam block software/service?

AOL
For AOL version 9.0:

* Open your latest e-mail from Dynamic Rewards, Titled "Win great - Remove Dynamic Rewards from spam block software/service".
* Click the Add Address button (to your right) to add Dynamic Rewards to your "People I Know" list.

Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to Dynamic Rewards via news@dynamicrewards.com, and that will add Dynamic Rewards to your "People I Know" list automatically.

If you're using an earlier version of AOL, you'll need to set your Mail Controls instead. Here's how:

* Go to Keyword Mail Controls.
* Select the screen name storing emails from Dynamic Rewards to.
* Click Customize Mail Controls for this Screen Name.

For AOL version 8.0: Select Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains.

* Click Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom.
* Click Save.

For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include the domain:
dynamicrewards.com.

CleanMyMailbox
If you're using CleanMyMailbox to filter your incoming e-mail, please check if emails from Dynamic Rewards had been filtered into the spambox.

To remove Dynamic Rewards from your spam block, click on the white W icon on the left column of the email. When the pop-up window comes up, click on the Add to Whitelist button.

Alternatively, you can simply add news@dynamicrewards.com to your Whitelist. Here's how:

* Click the Whitelist button.
* Add news@dynamicrewards.com to the list the address.
* Click the Submit List button.

Earthlink
If you're using Earthlink, you can make sure emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox by adding the sending address to your Address Book. Here's how:

* Click on Address Book (to your left, just below your folders).
* When your Address Book opens, click the Add button.
* On the Add Contact screen, locate the Internet Information box.
* Enter the address news@dynamicrewards.com into the top Email box.
* Click Save.

Gmail
If you're using Google's gmail for e-mail, ensure emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox by sending an e-mail to news@dynamicrewards.com, and that will add the address to your Contacts list automatically.

Please also check if emails from Dynamic Rewards had been filtered into the Spam folder. And here's how to prevent emails from wrongly filtered:

* Click on the Spam link to open your Spam folder.
* Open the wrongly filtered e-mail.
* Click the Not Spam button at the top of the e-mail (next to "Delete Forever").

Hotmail
If you're using Hotmail, you can make sure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox by adding the news@dynamicrewards.com to your Safe List. Here's how:

* Log on and click the Mail tab to get into your mailbox.
* Click Options (On your top right, next to "Help").
* Click Junk e-Mail Protection.
* Select Safe List.
* Enter news@dynamicrewards.com in the space provided.
* Click Add.
* When you see the address you entered is listed in the Safe List box, click OK.

Alternatively, you can add news@dynamicrewards.com to your Contacts list. Here's how:

* Open your latest e-mail from Dynamic Rewards, Titled "Win great - Remove Dynamic Rewards from spam block software/service".
* Click the Save Address button. (On the right among the row of options just above the e-mail).
* Click OK.

Incredimail
If you're using Incredimail, you can make sure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox by adding the news@dynamicrewards.com to your Approved Senders list.

By checking Automatically add to my 'Approved Senders' list people I send emails to, when you send an email to someone that is not on your "Approved Senders list", this person's email address will automatically be inserted to the list.

Mailblocks
If you're using Mailblocks to filter your incoming e-mail, please following the instructions given below to ensure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox.

To remove Dynamic Rewards from Mailblocks, simply add news@dynamicrewards.com to your Accept Mail From list of addresses. Here's how:

* In Mailblocks, click the Addresses tab.
* Select New.
* Enter the address news@dynamicrewards.com.
* In the Receiving Options, select Accept Mail From This Address.
* In the Other Options, make sure Display in People Picker is not selected.
* Click Submit.
* Click OK.

MailShield
If you're using MailShield to filter your incoming e-mail, please following the instructions given below to ensure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox.

To remove Dynamic Rewards from MailShield, simply add news@dynamicrewards.com to your list of friends. Here's how:

* On the MailShield toolbar, click Friends.
* Click Add.
* Enter the address news@dynamicrewards.com.
* Click the OK button.

MailWasher
If you're using MailWasher to filter your incoming e-mail, please following the instructions given below to ensure that emails from Dynamic Rewards is delivered to your Inbox.

To remove Dynamic Rewards from MailWasher, simply add news@dynamicrewards.com to your list of friends. Here's how:

* In MailWasher, select Tools.
* Select Blacklist & Friends.
* To the right is the Friends list. Click the Friends Add button.
* Select Plain email address.
* Enter the address news@dynamicrewards.com, then click OK.
* Click OK again.

Mozilla Thunderbird
If you're using Mozilla Thunderbird to read your emails, you can make sure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox by adding the news@dynamicrewards.com to your Personal Address Book. Here's how:

* Click the Address Book button.
* Ensure that Personal Address Book is highlighted.
* Click the New Card button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other.
* Under the Contact tab, enter the address news@dynamicrewards.com into the Email box.
* Click OK.

On top of that, you should also whitelist your Personal Address Book. Here's how:

* From the main drop down menu, select Tools and then Junk Mail Controls....
* This will launch the Junk Mail Controls window that has two tabs: Settings & Adaptive Filter.
* Under the Settings tab, update the White Lists module by selecting Personal Address Book from the drop down menu and then check the box next to Do not mark messages as junk mail.
* Click OK.

At the beginning, the junk mail detection for incoming messages might not work as well as expected. And you should check your junk folder to see if Dynamic Rewards emails are mistakenly detected as junk. To prevent this, you need to right-click on Dynamic Rewards emails and choose Mark As Not Junk.

MSN
If you're using MSN version 9, you can make sure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox by adding the news@dynamicrewards.com to your Safe List. Here's how:

* Log on and click on Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail (on your bottom left, just above Calendar).
* On the E-mail settings screen, click Junk E-Mail Guard.
* Select Safe List.
* Enter news@dynamicrewards.com in the space provided under "Add people to the safe list".
* Click Add.

For older versions of MSN, here's how you add news@dynamicrewards.com to your Safe List:

* Click on E-mail settings (on your bottom left, just above Calendar).
* On the E-mail settings screen, click Junk Mail.
* Select Safe List.
* Click Add an item to this list.
* When the Add To Safe List box pops up, enter the address news@dynamicrewards.com.
* Click Add.

Oddpost
If you're using Oddpost to filter your incoming e-mail, please following the instructions given below to ensure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox.

To remove Dynamic Rewards from Oddpost from your Probably Spam folder, simply mark emails for Dynamic Rewards as Not Spam. Here's how:

* Open the Dynamic Rewards email that is marked as spam.
* Click the Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam button.

Outlook 2003
If you're using Outlook 2003 to read your emails, you can make sure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox by following the instructions given below.

There is a few ways to do this:

* Add news@dynamicrewards.com or dynamicrewards.com to your Safe List.
* Add news@dynamicrewards.com to Personal Contacts in your Outlook Address Book.
* Open your latest e-mail from Dynamic Rewards, Titled "Ouah survey panel - Remove Dynamic Rewards from spam block software/service", then select Mark as Not Junk.

SpamAssassin
If you're using SpamAssassin to filter your incoming e-mail, please following the instructions given below to ensure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox. Here's how:

* Search your hard drive for the spamassassin folder and open it.
* locate the user_prefs file or create it with a notepad or any text editor. The detailed instructions are at http://spamassassin.taint.org/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Conf.html.
* Enter a new blank line in the file and enter whitelist_from followed by news@dynamicrewards.com.
* Save the file and close it.

SpamCop
If you're using SpamCop to filter your incoming e-mail, please following the instructions given below to ensure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox. Here's how:

* Open your browser and go to this page: http://webmail.spamcop.net/ and login.
* Click on the Options icon in the toolbar.
* Under "Mail Management" (at the center), click SpamCop Tools.

Yahoo
If you're using Yahoo, you can make sure that emails from Dynamic Rewards are delivered to your Inbox by instruct Yahoo to filter news@dynamicrewards.com into your inbox. Here's how:

* Log on and go to your Yahoo mailbox.
* Click Options (On your top right, next to "SMS Mail Alerts").
* Click Filters.
* Next, click Add Filter.
* In the top row, labeled From header:, make sure contains is selected in the drop down list.
* Enter the address news@dynamicrewards.com in the text box next to that drop down list.
* At the bottom, where it says Move the message to, select Inbox from the drop down list.
* Click the Add Filter button.
